This character needs more love.
The symbol under Klaia's eye is the Glyph of Agony, which gives her dominion over all forms of pain and agony.
Klaia travels with Simaina ([link]) and Spathi ([link]), the bearers of the Glyphs of Power and War respectively.
The feathers in her hair came from the original spirit of agony that she defeated to get the glyph.
